D.L.L.E department has organized a rally for Kerala relief fund on 12th Sept. 2018 from our college to Kandivali station around 200 students (including principal and teaching staff) have participated.

First-Term Training Program
D.L.L.E Department has organized the first term training program on 23rd Oct 2018 at the college level, field co-ordinator Mrs. Rekha Katheeth conducted a training program to guide the students on the project selected by them.

Swad Se Swagat
D.L.L.E department as organized ‘ SWAD SE SWAGAT’ event in which students sold food and non-food items. “SWAD SE SWAGAT” which was scheduled from 10th to 20th Dec 2018 but then it was extended to 24th Dec 2018 on demand. Total sales from 10th Dec’ 2018 to 24th Dec’ 2018 amounted to Rs 12,894.
Second Term Training Program
D.L.L.E has organized second term training program in college for the students on 30th Jan’ 2019. Field co-ordinator, Mrs. Rekha Katheeth gave guidance to the students about Udaan Festival and Project writing. She also discussed the various activities conducted in the first term by the students.
Poster Making Competition
D.L.L.E has organized poster making competition under “PEC” Project on the topic of ‘SAVE ENVIRONMENT’ on 5th Feb’ 2019. Students from various classes had participated in it. The total number of students participated were 14. Winners’ names for the same were as follows:

A Workshop on Self Defence
D.L.L.E has organized a workshop on self-defense in the college on 10th Feb’2019. Assistant Professor Captain Nazia Sayyed from Shri M.D. Shah Mahila College of Commerce was the guest speaker for the same. She guided, explained and trained the students for self-defense. Total 48 students from B.com course has attended the workshop and benefitted from the same.
Old Age Home Visit
All the students of D.L.L.E visited an old age home named as “Vatsalya Care Center” at Bhayedar east on 14th Feb’ 2019 i.e on ‘Valentine’s day.’ Donation of Rs. 3,751 was out of the Profit earned through ‘swad Se Swagat’ activity by the students.
Udaan Festival
Students of D.L.L.E had participated in the Udaan festival held on 16th Feb’ 2019 in St. Gonsalo Garcia college in Vasai. 14 students participated in the street play on the topic of “sexual harassment” and 2 students participated in the poster making the competition.
