About Degree College

Esplanade Education Society was established in the year of 1898 for the purpose of providing school level education to the residents of Kalbadevi, Mumbai and the surrounding areas. Shri. Navinchandra N. Majithia the renowned social worker, educationist and ex-student of the same school joined as a Managing Trustee in 1995. The Society has progressed a lot and developed an educational complex with Junior college of Commerce & Science started in 1996 and Degree college of Commerce started in 2004 with courses like B.com, B.M.S & B.Sc.IT. The college is Co-Educational institution, imparting holistic education irrespective of Socio-economic difference for all-round development of students in order to inculcate values of human dignity and equality are enshrined in the hearts of the students for being true citizens which help to build a modern democratic society.
